With the exception of commercial prospecting operations, MAXXING considers that all of the above processing operations are necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between a customer and MAXXING.

All individuals using the service have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete the processing of their data in accordance with articles 38 to 40 of the law of January 6, 1978. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA AFTER MY DEATH?

The User may formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his/her personal data after his/her death, in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978. These directives may be general or specific.

HOW LONG IS MY DATA STORED?

MAXXING has determined precise rules concerning the length of time for which Users' personal data will be kept.


To calculate the most appropriate retention period, MAXXING distinguishes between prospects who have never made a purchase from MAXXING, and customers who have already made a purchase.


A separate retention period will be applied to prospects and customers.


In the case of prospects, the starting point for the retention period is the last prospecting mailing in which the prospect is likely to be interested. Prospect data will be kept for 2 years from this starting point.


In the case of customers, the starting point for the retention period is the customer's last purchase from MAXXING. Customer data will be kept for 3 years from this starting point.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE TAKEN TO PROTECT MY DATA?

General rules

In its capacity as data controller, MAXXING takes every precaution to ensure the security and confidentiality of data, and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
